Real Estate Sales
Pre-Licensing Education

If you are new to Real Estate, your first step is to complete the mandatory 63-Hour Pre-Licensing Course. This comprehensive course will include the 63-Hour course, State Approved Instructor Support and 3 Real Estate eBooks.

Real Estate Sales Post-Licensing Courses

Newly licensed FL Real Estate Agents are required to complete the state-mandated 45-Hour Post Licensing Course. This course will include the 45-hour online course, State Approved Instructor Support, Education Concierge & Discussion Board.

Real Estate Sales Continuing Education Courses

After Post-Licensing, Real Estate Sales professionals are required to complete 14 Hours of Continuing Education every 2 Years. Courses included are: Florida Real Estate Law (3 hrs), Florida Real Estate Ethics & Business Practices (3 hrs), Millennials Are Changing Real Estate: Are you Ready? (4 hrs) and Navigating a Hot Sellers' Market (4 hrs).

Real Estate Broker
Pre-Licensing Education

To obtain your FL Real Estate Brokers License, you are required to complete the 72-Hour Broker Course. This course will include the 72-hour online course, Principles of Real Estate Practice eBook, Real Estate Math eBook, State Approved Instructor Support, and Discussion Board.

Real Estate Broker Post-Licensing Courses

Newly licensed FL Real Estate Brokers are required to complete the state-mandated 60-Hour Post Licensing Course. This course will include the 60-hour online course, State Approved Instructor Support, Education Concierge & Discussion Board.

Real Estate Broker 
Continuing Education Courses

After Post-Licensing, Real Estate Brokers are required to complete 14 Hours of Continuing Education every 2 Years. With the CE Plus Membership, you will have access to all CE courses for Florida Real Estate Sales, Real Estate Coaching Tool, Pro-Series webinar on-demand library, How-to videos, 100+ job aid (worksheets, scripts & checklists), Product and service discounts, and knowledgeable education specialists.
